Chef | Albert Benisty - Albert Benisty and his brother Simon were born in Casablanca, and both their family and ‘La Parada’ Restaurant, in the centre of Marbella, had an important influence on their lives. Following his dreams as an adolescent, together with his continuous training from the age of 17, as this age Albert knew exactly what he wanted. He studied in Gothenburg-Sweden for several years and, before returning, certain restaurants in Marbella were already beginning to be well-known in the 60’s, including the one belonging then to his parents. The popularity of ‘Casa David’ was based on an International Cuisine, and the Benisty family continued to be a reference for diners from all over the world until, in the 80’s, in view of prevailing gastronomic preferences, French cooking and Creative Cuicine werw merged together in their legendary Restaurant ‘Le Soufleé’ in Estepona, which was then managed by Simon who, from then on, has worked side by side with his brother and together, they have risen to the heights of the greatest. |
